Senior Projects Submission & Procession
Just a friendly reminder that Senior Projects are due Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
This year, Senior Project and Capstone submissions must be done online through Moodle.
It’s pretty simple: once you submit a PDF of your project in your Senior Project/Capstone Submission course in Moodle, your faculty readers will approve your project electronically, and a digital copy will be saved in the Library’s secure senior projects digital repository.
That’s right! No need to print out your entire thesis, burn it to a CD, or track down signatures. In fact, you no longer need a signature page at all!
For complete instructions on how to submit your project in Moodle, see the TLTC’s guide to Senior Project Submission or the Library’s Senior Projects FAQ. (Note: If you are submitting a video project, you will still have to submit the media file on a disc to the Library. See the TLTC guide on video projects.)
For questions or troubleshooting, just ask a librarian at the Reference Desk or email TLTC@purchase.edu.
The Senior Projects Procession– in which seniors symbolically give their projects to the Library archives– will take place on Tuesday May 15th. The Procession to the Library begins from Campus Center South (Southside) at 4:15 p.m. Seniors should gather at Southside no later than 4:00 p.m. IN CASE OF RAIN, THE PROCESSION WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE HUMANITIES BUILDING LOBBY.
