Library open Election Day, Nov. 4th! Go Vote!

Although classes are not in session, the Library will be open normal hours (8:00am – 2:00am) on Election Day, Tuesday November 4th.  Please visit the Library’s Hours page for more: http://purchase.libguides.com/hours.

If you registered to vote at your on-campus address, your polling site is the Red Room and it will be open from 8am until 9pm.

If you registered to vote at your off-campus address, you can find your polling site and other important Election Day information online at Vote411.org or from the NY Board of Elections.

For nonpartisan profiles of each candidate, check out the League of Women Voters of Westchester’s 2014 Voter’s Guide, covering the major and third party candidates as well as local ballot initiatives. Not voting in Westchester? See what your “personalized” ballot for your district will look like on Vote411.org.

You can also use Rock the Vote’s search or Google’s Voter Information search to look up your polling place, see the list of all referendums and all candidates who will appear on your ballot for local and national offices, and find quick links to the candidates’ social media sites.

Have your voice heard and vote!
